n 2004, our 3rd Annual Phoenix Festival, once again to be held at the Phoenix Civic Plaza. This year's Festival takes place on August 28th & 29th and is being positioned as a back to school event.

Our Phoenix co-host, Arvizu Advertising and Promotions, feels strongly that this is a much better time of the year to produce a quality event in the Valley of the Sun. For those who have not had the pleasure of visiting Phoenix please consider this an invitation.
